This is very, very cool and works wonderfully, as you can see. I have given pics of all sides. Globe is open at bottom and just lifts off. Notice, you can put in colored light bulbs to suit the mood. Image 6 shows a red one! Approximately 11 inches high, including the wooden base. The circumference ( tape measurs stretched around the middle) of the globe at the widest point is approx. 24 and 3/4". Has an ivory cord that could use cleaned up a little. It is in good condition, though, with you fraying or any other issues. Has ceramic base to hold bulb. It has an Underwriter's Laboratories, Inc. sticker on it. Portable Lamp, issue # 78, 272 E-26766.
