Here is a beautiful working condition vintage low (table) torchiere with a lovely cased yellow satin art glass shade. It measures 11 ½ inches tall to the top of the shade by about 4 ¾ inches across the base. I was made in the US and has an older “Underwriters’ Laboratory” tag, but it does not tell the manufacturer. If the wiring is original, then it is probably from the 1970's. It is a very solid lamp and works great. The base is magnetic (likely steel) and painted to look like brushed aluminum.
