This is a Vintage Oriental Style Electric Table Lamp & Cut Shade.This is a 3-way electric lamp.This lamp is in good working order.The wiring is in good condition.The switch and socket are in good shape.The porcelain or ceramic portion of the lamp does not seam to have any issues though I may have missed as small scratch or two.The base is solid and does not seam to have much wear and the felt on the bottom is good as well.The metal that is just under the socket that is capping the porcelain is brass that is nicely darkened with age.The shade is in somewhat rough shape, it is wrinkled and has been a little crunched along the middle circumference of the shade.The shade has leaf patterns that are cut and they show up nicely when the lamp is lit.There are some rust stains along the top edge of the shade where the metal ring that supports the shade is.If the buyer of this lamp does not want the shade, just e-mail me about it before you make payment so.Not taking the shade, does not alter the price of the lamp.This lamp stands 25 inches tall to the top of the finial.If you are interested in this piece, why not make it part of your collection?
